Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or applicable equivalents
10+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems
Knowledge of U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Teaming and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in continuous improvement tools and techniques
