Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a Content Library Management system to enable Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage for proposal responses.
Apply project management principles to a proposal environment, which involves applying sound business judgement to develop accurate and timely proposals/contracts.
Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content.
Ensure the proposal response is documented, approved as appropriate and meets all required internal standards.
Provide reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicate plan changes and recovery plans to others.
Contribute to ongoing proposal best practices by identifying and leading projects that enhance proposal efficiency and quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of experience in proposal management skills
5+ years of experience in demonstrating exceptional flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, effectively collaborating with large, dispersed global cross-functional teams across various time zones
Bachelor’s degree
