About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Systems Integration focal for Development Assurance and Requirements supporting the entire Systems IPT
Provide leadership across all 777X (-9 and -8F) Systems teams to meet the Airplane Level DAR entrance criteria
Ensure each Systems Team follows the internal procedures and standards
Provide technical leadership, train, coach, mentor, and ensure all applicable engineers are ready for FAA Development Assurance Reviews
Consolidate and streamline formal training, guidance, and technical planning
Work collaboratively with the System Integration Team organization to ensure written guidance and deadlines are clear for Systems teams
Partner with Aircraft Level Integration team to revise process documentation and guidance periodically
Support the technical planning for development assurance across all Systems teams
