About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead a team of product support personnel responsible for the integration of all domestic platforms and lMxE deliveries
manage technical data and maintenance planning authoring for Fighters, Weapons, and Training devices for both US and International customers
engage/work with other Product Support teams
align team performance with organizational goals and manage budgets, maintain schedules, identify and mitigate risks
monitor and track execution of team's Statement of Work (SOW)

Requirements

What you’ll need

at least one year of experience in a leadership role
3+ years of experience in Product Support, Engineering or related discipline/environment
3+ years of experience working with and/or interpreting engineering data or engineering drawings
1+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Experience or strong familiarity with Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and earned value management
