About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the USAF E-7 modification programs, ensuring alignment with production performance goals.
Actively drive production performance to ensure alignment with cost and schedule targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Support executive-level customer engagements, providing updates on program status and addressing customer questions.
Drive operational excellence across all program facets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary interface with the E-7 program leadership team regarding production program activity and performance to plan.
Provide leadership across BDUK (Boeing Defense UK), BDA (Boeing Defense Australia), BDS (Boeing Defense Systems), and the 3rd party modification supplier to ensure cohesive program execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
1+ year of experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers
Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teams
