About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide and manage Business/Function organizational change across BCA functions impacted by the SAP ERP transformation
  • Develop and execute change strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption
  • Identify and mitigate change risks, address capability and resource gaps
  • Develop stakeholder commitment to new processes and ways of working
  • Align OCM initiatives to business goals and program timelines; create and maintain OCM roadmap
  • Identify stakeholders and run engagement campaigns (sponsor briefings, leader coaching, employee forums)
  • Oversee data migration and conversion plans; ensure data is ready and converted
  • Coordinate training; ensure completeness of training plan, execution of plan, and effectiveness of training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years’ experience working with or within operations, supply chain, and/or quality organizations
  • 3+ years’ experience in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects
  • 3+ years’ experience of large-scale transformation and change initiatives in a complex, global organization
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally (engineering, program management, modification team, and/or finance) and across multiple business units (BDS, BGS, Field Operations, etc.)
