Key responsibilities & impact

Guide and manage Business/Function organizational change across BCA functions impacted by the SAP ERP transformation
Develop and execute change strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption
Identify and mitigate change risks, address capability and resource gaps
Develop stakeholder commitment to new processes and ways of working
Align OCM initiatives to business goals and program timelines; create and maintain OCM roadmap
Identify stakeholders and run engagement campaigns (sponsor briefings, leader coaching, employee forums)
Oversee data migration and conversion plans; ensure data is ready and converted
Coordinate training; ensure completeness of training plan, execution of plan, and effectiveness of training

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience working with or within operations, supply chain, and/or quality organizations
3+ years’ experience in leading others and directing all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects
3+ years’ experience of large-scale transformation and change initiatives in a complex, global organization
Experience in collaborating cross-functionally (engineering, program management, modification team, and/or finance) and across multiple business units (BDS, BGS, Field Operations, etc.)
