About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engaging in the implementation of technical solutions into the build plan
- Analyzing and improving design/build concepts
- Collecting and analyzing production data to identify anomalies
- Troubleshooting technical problems during production
- Coordinating across teams to implement new engineering principles
- Developing and implementing process improvements using Lean methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications
- 5 or more years’ experience working in an engineering discipline
- 5 or more years’ experience working in a production environment
- 9 or more years related work experience for Lead level or 14 or more years for Senior Lead level
- Experience with project management, root cause analysis, and machining operations is a plus
- Conflict of Interest assessment process compliance
