About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end project management of the hourly pay practice transformation, including assessment, design, implementation, and communication
- Analyze current compensation structures across multiple business units to identify opportunities for standardization
- Develop a comprehensive, market-competitive hourly pay framework that aligns with organizational goals and supports equitable pay practices
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources (HR) leaders, business unit executives, finance, legal, and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new compensation structures
- Oversee data analysis, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay range development specific to hourly roles
- Establish clear governance and decision-making processes for ongoing compensation management post-implementation
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional project team, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Develop and execute a clear communication strategy tailored for hourly employees to ensure understanding and transparency of the new compensation structure and an “always on” ongoing communication plan to ensure hourly employees regularly receive updates on their compensation and benefits structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives in a complex, global organization
- 3+ years of experience leading direct reports
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
