Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Airframe Service Engineering team in Bangalore
Manage engineers performing Structural Design and Analysis of Boeing commercial airplanes
Develop and execute projects and process plans
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, etc.)
Experience working with airplane structural design and/or analysis
Ability to work variable and/or rotating schedule
Must be flexible and able to work with partners from diverse cultures
Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Aeronautical / Aerospace or equivalent discipline
