Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees the development and implementation of an operational security program
Oversight of the security awareness training and education program
Oversee Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities
Develops and implements integrated departmental plans
Assigns authority and responsibilities to execute the plan
Reviews plans' execution and makes appropriate adjustments
Develops and advances business cases to support continuation of program
Mentors and provides developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance
Promotes employee recognition and builds a departmental culture
Conveys organizational messages and facilitates attainment of departmental goals
Implements strategies to improve open and honest communication
Communicates policies and directives to enhance employee awareness
Establishes partnerships with internal and external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
5+ years of experience in Industrial Security working as a CPSO/ACPSO on Special Access Programs (SAP)
5+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Program (SAP) access
Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time
