Demonstrates Project management skills with an ability to focus on and finish on large scale simplification projects
Leads the Government Estimating proposal processes for material estimating and pricing methods, tools and processes related to material costing
Demonstrates problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Consults and manages laterally across large cross-functional teams to understand complex Estimating requirements and processes
Provides day-to-day leadership of the Material Functional Excellence team
Conveys complex analysis and recommendations to Directors and Vice Presidents (VPs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in Material Cost Analysis, Material Estimating, Finance, and/or Material Accounting
5+ years of experience building proposals utilizing pricing systems, material estimating and pricing tools and processes
Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Experience acting as a subject matter expert in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools
