Key responsibilities & impact

Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services, and processes comply with requirements
Develop and execute business plans and technical strategies
Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Aviation, Aerospace, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, or Supplier Quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
