Key responsibilities & impact

Define and document detailed business requirements
Learn each business unit’s logistics and transportation flows, processes, and products
Facilitate regular requirements-gathering and design sessions with product owners and users
Translate requirements into system designs
Articulate how architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment interact to enable effective solutions
Configure the BlueYonder Transportation Management System (TMS)
Apply domain knowledge of Transportation Management
Integrate TMS with upstream and downstream systems
Negotiate solutions that satisfy requirements and deliver business value
Identify process improvement opportunities by reviewing existing processes and data
Develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications
Demonstrate systems‑thinking across broad process and architectural landscapes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience with Transportation Management, Transportation Data Analytics and Route Planning experience
Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS)
Experience with Transportation Management Systems deployment
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
Experience working within Agile project frameworks
