About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support multiple contracts for Strategic Deterrence Systems portfolio
  • Act as the primary finance focal point for multiple EAC processes
  • Coordinate with program management, engineering, and supplier management
  • Present to Senior Executive Leadership
  • Complete Customer Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
  • Administer Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Support financial forecast and Long Range Business Plan
  • Initiate and lead integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts
  • Prepare and review numerous Finance CDRLs including IPMDARs, CFSRs, CSDRs
  • Oversee EVM processes related to DFARS externally reported programs
  • Utilize Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR) tools for compliance with EVM and DFAR
  • Manage daily program financial operations, budget allocations, and funding tracking.
  • Maintain the program cost baseline, monitor actual costs, and optimize financial structures.
  • Generate and review monthly financial performance reports and forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit formal CDRL financial reports to the customer.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • 1+ years of experience performing EACs
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in EVM (preferred)
  • Experience in a multi-disciplined government contracts environment (preferred)
  • Experience preparing and leading the completion of CDRLs (preferred)
  • Experience in aerospace finance (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP Finance and Accounting (preferred)
  • Experience using COBRA (preferred)
  • Experience supporting DFAR contracts (preferred)
  • Experience with government audits (preferred)
  • Experience working within an operations-facing finance team (preferred)
