Key responsibilities & impact

Support systems onboarding, backend administration, access validation, and compliance activities
Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to coordinate issue resolution and technical support
Perform troubleshooting, triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions
Monitor systems and support cleanup activities to maintain data integrity and stability
Support SAP updates, coordination, and validation activities
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and apply structured process methods and tools
Influence stakeholders and support change efforts across diverse audiences
Research procedures and guidelines to support strategic planning efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience managing Source to Pay (S2P) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) value streams in a SAP S/4 environment
3+ years of experience in leading source-to-pay processes
3+ years of experience with Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable systems
3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining
