About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs limited structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance
Supports product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance
Supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements
Works under close supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as structure, materials and properties, design criteria, release processes, structural analysis
Experience or knowledge in performing stress analysis using both hand calculations and/or finite element tools
Solid communicator, fluent of both written and verbal English
Self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
