Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, facilitate and support day-to-day operations and meetings
Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and dynamic environment
Develop and coordinate metrics, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customers
Identify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans
Assist in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
Track actions to resolution and drive improvements for the business
Manage, update, and improve operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups
5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics
5+ years of experience leading projects
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
