Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategy development and implementation of enterprise sustainable operations strategy
Manage sustainable operations projects and investment portfolio
Develop plans to achieve sustainable operations goals on time in partnership with the business
Lead company strategy for renewable energy usage and resource efficiency improvements in operations
Develop and lead company initiatives to engage employees and provide resources for sustainability initiatives
Deliver enterprise environmental data to support target performance
Partner cross-functionally to evaluate and address energy-related policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience leading environmental sustainability related programs with a focus on operations
5+ years of experience leading teams and/or projects
Master’s Degree or higher in related field (preferred)
9+ years of experience in environmental/operational sustainability, business management, operations efficiency and planning, and/or related field (preferred)
9+ years of experience leading teams and/or highly cross-functional projects (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Critical thinking, analytical skills, strategic decision making
Strategic planning and program/project management
Proficient in presentation development/PowerPoint and data analysis/Excel
Ability to travel up to 25% for the role
