About the role

  • Build and lead a team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists
  • Design and implement enterprise coaching development strategy
  • Curate partnerships with top-tier executive coaching firms to build capacity
  • Design and launch scalable coaching intake and matching process
  • Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organizational challenges, align organizational development strategies and drive adoption of new frameworks and best practices
  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, culture, and effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver 1:1 and team coaching engagements at the executive level
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, shape organizational culture, and drive large-scale change management
  • Develop cutting-edge, evidence-based leadership programs that blend neuroscience, technology, and human-centered practices to create measurable impact
  • Measure the effectiveness of Executive Coaching and Organizational Development interventions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in executive and organizational development, including intervention design, development, and delivery
  • 5+ years of executive-level coaching experience including a minimum of Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or equivalent governing body
  • 5+ years of experience with leading and developing high performing teams in fast paced environments
  • 5+ years of facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
  • Professional Certified Coach level coaching certification with ICF or equivalent (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in conducting organizational assessments and implementing strategic initiatives (preferred)
  • Certified in and experience debriefing 360 and other psychometric assessments, e.g. Hogan, at the executive level (preferred)
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite at one of the listed U.S. locations
