About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full stack, full lifecycle software development for Data Delivery applications
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, designs, development tasks, schedules, and cost estimates
Design, develop, review, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code
Ensure software meets industry, customer, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Maintain and regularly assess software libraries and products for compatibility, security, and performance
Operate in an Agile environment
Participate in operational responsibilities including on-call rotations
Demonstrate software functionality and present design reviews to stakeholders
Establish, monitor, and continuously improve software processes, tools, and key performance metrics
Execute and document software research and development efforts
Provide technical leadership for project management activities
Support and lead root cause analysis for software issues
Define and help implement strategic direction for software application teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree is required as a Basic Qualification
12 -16 years’ relevant experience
Excellent programming skills in the latest tools & technology frameworks like Java 8+ (Core and Advanced), Spring Boot 3.x, Angular 12, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS
Hands-on experience with message brokers; knowledge of either Kafka or RabbitMQ is a mandatory requirement
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
Proficient in writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest
Proficiency in asynchronous programming concepts
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Good experience on Database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages
Experience in best practices and Tools around CI/CD.
