Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate and respond to compliance audit findings
Mitigate issues using Bow Tie Analysis, Boeing Problem Solving Models (BPSM), and Safety Risk Management (SRM) protocols
Participate in Safety Lessons Learned and BPSMs
Conduct technical fact-finding, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolutions through the Safety Management System (SMS)
Engage regularly with mechanics, electricians, suppliers, and Program Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across multiple programs to implement permanent corrective actions
Collect and analyze production data
Troubleshoot active technical problems across multiple programs to preserve product integrity, reduce costs, and maintain delivery schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
3 or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior level)
Experience working in a production environment
Experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA
