Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in a Technology and Architecture leadership role
5+ years of experience in delivering global and complex transformational programs
3+ years of experience managing teams in one or more HR domains
3+ years of experience in one or more HR business domain platforms
3+ years of experience managing and operating in a Shared Services environment
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally
