About the role
- Enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs.
- Maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers.
- Accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers regarding customer specific strategy, and customer relationship management.
- Responsible for consistent management and administration of contractual obligations.
- Supports the program by coordinating program metrics and conducting recurring program level Team/Sub-IPT reporting roll-ups.
- Develop and present program status decks to key stakeholders.
- Oversee proposals, renewals, and quote management activity.
- Facilitate the resolution of program issues, developing solutions to complex problems.
- Collect, organize, and provide data within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Ensure follow up action for issue resolution and maintain Pipeline Health.
- Train new employees and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years or more of related work experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Program Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in the Aerospace industry, supply chain or similar logistics/distribution industry.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Hardware, Fasteners, and/or Chemical product experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) (preferred).
- 1-2 Years of experience in Project Management activities & Tools (Project Scheduling, Planning, Execution / Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar) (preferred).
- Experience in data modelling and analysis (preferred).
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
- Travel: This position may require traveling up to 25% of the time.
- Export Control Requirement: must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
