- Lead the development and execution of strategies positioning Boeing’s Freighter Conversions and Maintenance Operations offerings
- Connect advanced technologies with evolving market needs to drive growth and deliver customer value worldwide
- Architect and implement go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers and outpace competitors
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and customer needs
- Craft clear, persuasive messaging and sales enablement tools that empower sales teams and captivate customers
- Orchestrate product launches and integrated marketing campaigns for maximum impact
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and drive ROI
- Represent Boeing at industry events, conferences, and customer forums as a thought leader
- Mentor and develop marketing talent, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or Master’s preferred
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in Aviation, Freighters, Maintenance Operations or related fields
- Deep understanding of aircraft modification and maintenance
- Proven success in launching complex products and leading impactful marketing campaigns
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives without direct authority
- Self-motivated, organized, and intellectually curious with a collaborative leadership style
- Willingness to travel as required to support business needs
