About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple agile teams of skilled technology professionals responsible for developing and testing operating system content
- Implement changes to patching infrastructure and creating new patching products and service offerings
- Recognize team accomplishments and monitor system performance, successes, and challenges
- Own and manage automation infrastructure vendor compliance
- Oversee sourced server patching system operations to ensure external service providers meet all requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for service providers regarding server automation issues
- Monitor and drive resolution of issues by coordinating appropriate handoffs to the correct teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience leading server technology, infrastructure and services projects
- 5+ years of experience with Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux
- 5+ years of experience supporting and/or working on any cloud related technology or solution
- 5+ years of experience with presenting information to leaders and external customers
- 5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
