Key responsibilities & impact

Manage employees performing security inquiries, compliance assessments and security controls
Work with senior and junior staff members to administer United States Industrial Security Standards
Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
10+ years of experience in Industrial Security on Special Access Programs (SAP)
5+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
Experience working with DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or SAP access
Must be willing to submit to a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
