About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of ECS University training programs
- Develop and manage structured onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees
- Design specialized training tracks tailored to cyber, industrial/program, and management roles
- Utilize Degreed and other existing tools to optimize training delivery and resource utilization
- Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience building and developing technical trainings
- 5+ years of experience delivering training and development activities
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security
- 3+ years of experience with instruction in a professional training environment utilizing adult learning principles
