Key responsibilities & impact

Provide the authoritative EVMS voice that keeps programs on track, compliant, and ready for government oversight
Influence high-value program decisions through deep earned value analysis and practical recommendations
Mentor and uplift EVMS capability, creating repeatable practices that scale across the enterprise
Responsible for the implementation & execution of EVMS policies and practices
Supports internal and external surveillance, audits and reviews
Responsible for the development, implementation, training, and maintenance of EVMS processes and tools
Responsible for supporting EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy
Supports programs in operational decisions and provides advice on enhancing project performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
5+ years of experience applying DFARS requirements
5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel, using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Able and willing to travel up to 25% domestically
8+ years of related work experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
3+ years of experience working with ANSI/EIA-748
