About the role
- Coordinate, schedule, and deploy the CBTA program to flight schools globally both virtually and onsite
- Manage risks, issues, and opportunities for deployments and escalate to leadership in a timely manner
- Manage resource and capacity planning
- Track program performance, metrics, and reporting to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and execution
- Lead webinars on CBTA to flight schools in partnership with the marketing team
- Support portfolio manager in shaping early career flight strategy with customer and industry input
- Build strong customer relationships and follow through on all commitments
- Continue to refine customer presentations to showcase the product value proposition
- Lead regulatory strategy and manage execution in partnership with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supporting an integrated program team
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers
- 5+ years of experience presenting to executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working with regulators
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Experience working with flight schools globally (preferred)
- Pilot background (preferred)
- Knowledge of flight schools regulations (preferred)
- Familiar with CBTA (preferred)
- Drug testing required per company policy
