Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices
Lead activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration and software applications
Approve supporting processes and related documentation
Lead consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production
Develop advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production
Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
5 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance requiring US Citizenship
Composite Fabrication experience
Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
Experience with 3D model-based instruction
Proficiency in IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms
Experience reviewing and approving engineers’ work
