Key responsibilities & impact

Applies advanced data analysis methods (SQL, Power Query, Access) to optimize a massive distribution network.
Navigates Oracle Business Intelligence to maintain high data integrity, extract actionable insights, and streamline complex planning workflows.
Proactively identifies supply chain issues and opportunities.
Manages min-max levels and inventory health across global forward stocking locations.
Maintains a big picture view of how localized inventory optimization decisions affect the broader aerospace supply chain network.
Applies rigorous change management and supply chain methodologies.
Coordinates cross-functionally with customer support, purchasing, quality, operations, and external suppliers.
Calculates and defines precise reorder points, economic order quantities, and safety stock levels using advanced analytics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
1+ years of experience supporting operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions
1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP system
1+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventory/supplies
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, Power Point, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
