About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as both a program management practitioner and a change enablement partner
- Prepare clear, concise program updates and decision-ready materials
- Own and maintain the Modernization Office program roadmap
- Manage the transformation backlog
- Establish and sustain program governance rhythms
- Develop and execute change management strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, change management, or a combination of these disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including writing stories, using tooling (e.g., Jira, Pendo), and working with technical delivery teams in building new products
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience with program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
