About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives
Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping
Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday)
Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections
Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans
Respond to customer inquiries related to pay and benefit discrepancies
Oversee and optimize processes and procedures for benefit delivery
Ensure accurate data transfers for plan accounting and supplier payments
Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Preferred)
