About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives
- Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping
- Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday)
- Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections
- Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
- Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pay and benefit discrepancies
- Oversee and optimize processes and procedures for benefit delivery
- Ensure accurate data transfers for plan accounting and supplier payments
- Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
- 3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 3+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Preferred)
