About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives
  • Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping
  • Coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday)
  • Prepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections
  • Maintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pay and benefit discrepancies
  • Oversee and optimize processes and procedures for benefit delivery
  • Ensure accurate data transfers for plan accounting and supplier payments
  • Prepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation
  • 3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 3+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Preferred)
