About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain clear, prioritized technology roadmaps aligned with Boeing Business Unit Strategic Capability Needs.
- Shape capture strategy by integrating market, customer, and competitive insights with technical differentiation.
- Provide accountable technical and program leadership to ensure delivery of funded efforts on cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performing engineering and technical teams.
- Cultivate productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and partner teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role as a Program Manager, Product Line Manager, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead.
- 5+ years of experience leading research and development.
- Current top-secret security clearance preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, peers, and/or partners).
- Experience leading multi-functional teams through product development and delivery of communications and sensing capabilities and products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
