Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and own the system architecture for EW and radar-enabled systems
  • Translate mission and vehicle-level performance requirements into system-level requirements
  • Lead trade studies to balance EW and radar capability
  • Architect software-defined EW and radar solutions
  • Provide technical leadership for electronics design
  • Work closely with systems engineering, mechanical, thermal, power, and vehicle integration teams
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices
  • Engage with suppliers and partners to specify interfaces
  • Author technical white papers and program briefs
  • Present technical findings to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Lead government contracts for research and development of EW and radar systems
  • Coordinate with programs of record and integration leads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications
  • 14+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 12+ years with a masters or 9+ years with a PhD
  • 10+ years of professional experience in RF systems for SIGNIT, Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, or Cyber
  • Hands-on knowledge of Electronic Warfare techniques and radar techniques
  • Experience in electronic warfare principles, techniques, and technologies
