Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the system architecture for EW and radar-enabled systems
Translate mission and vehicle-level performance requirements into system-level requirements
Lead trade studies to balance EW and radar capability
Architect software-defined EW and radar solutions
Provide technical leadership for electronics design
Work closely with systems engineering, mechanical, thermal, power, and vehicle integration teams
Mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices
Engage with suppliers and partners to specify interfaces
Author technical white papers and program briefs
Present technical findings to internal stakeholders and external customers
Lead government contracts for research and development of EW and radar systems
Coordinate with programs of record and integration leads

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications
14+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 12+ years with a masters or 9+ years with a PhD
10+ years of professional experience in RF systems for SIGNIT, Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, or Cyber
Hands-on knowledge of Electronic Warfare techniques and radar techniques
Experience in electronic warfare principles, techniques, and technologies
