About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Participate in user-centered design activities, including creating journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design that effectively communicate design ideas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of designs
Mentor, coach, and train junior UX designers
Stay updated in industry trend, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or similar fields or equivalent years of experience
7+ years of experience in UX design
3+ years experience in Figma
7+ years experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
3+ years experience with responsive and mobile design
An online portfolio of case studies demonstrating strong visual design skills and user-centered design solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
