About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the combined roadmap and delivery priorities for Cloud Foundations and DevEx, aligning with enterprise cloud strategy and platform goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale teams responsible for landing zone architecture, account provisioning, identity & access patterns, policy integration, golden Terraform modules, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) templates, and the internal developer portal
- Ensure Foundations delivers secure, auditable, and reusable control-plane IaC, account provisioning automation, and identity/governance patterns consumed by platform consumers
- Ensure DevEx delivers developer-facing golden paths: reusable modules, pipeline templates, self-service provisioning workflows, portal User Experience (UX), and documentation that reduce friction and shadow infrastructure
- Define and enforce cross-team operability and security requirements for artifacts produced by DevEx and Foundations; own acceptance criteria for production handoffs to Runtime Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)/Cloud Ops
- Drive strong collaboration among Foundations, DevEx, Platform Acceleration, Runtime SRE, Cloud Security/Policy, and Cloud Architecture to eliminate silos and align implementation with reference architectures
- Sponsor and monitor metrics for adoption, policy compliance, provisioning lead time, and developer experience; iterate priorities based on telemetry and stakeholder feedback
- Represent the Cloud Platform organization in architecture reviews, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and executive updates
