About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of safety-related projects and initiatives
- Create, maintain, and distribute training materials, promotional content, and digital assets
- Collect, analyze, and report data to provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and feedback collection
- Support special projects and initiatives assigned
- Supports the management of SMS training requirements
- Facilitates recurring meetings, technical exchanges and reviews
- Communicates plans and strategies with senior/executive leadership
- Drives results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects
- 3+ years supporting cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
- 3+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
- Preferred Qualifications (Level 4): 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience creating workforce development and/or Learning and Development strategies and programs that deliver measurable results
- Experience with Instructional Design methodologies
- Experience in End-To-End Project/Program Management, Communication with senior leaders, and facilitation of workshops
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting
- Experience using project management software or another portfolio management tool.
