Key responsibilities & impact

Leads planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of safety-related projects and initiatives
Create, maintain, and distribute training materials, promotional content, and digital assets
Collect, analyze, and report data to provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Coordinate meetings, communications, and feedback collection
Support special projects and initiatives assigned
Supports the management of SMS training requirements
Facilitates recurring meetings, technical exchanges and reviews
Communicates plans and strategies with senior/executive leadership
Drives results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience managing complex projects
3+ years supporting cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
3+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
3+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Level 4): 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience creating workforce development and/or Learning and Development strategies and programs that deliver measurable results
Experience with Instructional Design methodologies
Experience in End-To-End Project/Program Management, Communication with senior leaders, and facilitation of workshops
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting
Experience using project management software or another portfolio management tool.
