Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full stack software applications that support business and operational needs
Strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end development, database integration, and cloud-based solutions
Collaborate effectively across teams
Integrate intelligent capabilities into modern application solutions in an agile framework
Prioritize tasks and lead reviews
Assist project leads with risk management and progress reviews
Develop software applications
Ensure application of best practices
Support estimation reviews of statements of work
Participate in the development of fundamental approaches to projects and requirements for implementation
Lead development, maintenance, and unit tests for software applications
Lead architecture decisions and best practice implementations using current and emerging technologies
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in full stack software application development
5+ years of experience in at least one back-end language/platform such as: Java or Python
3+ years of experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes development
3+ years of experience in at least one modern front-end framework such as: TypeScript, ReactJS or Redux
3+ years of experience in backend frameworks/API Protocols like Spring, GraphQL, Hibernate and/or Spring Data
Experience with version control tools, especially Git
Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, including prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
