About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline
- Manages planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs/processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
- 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
