Key responsibilities & impact

Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline
Manages planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs/processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher
At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
