About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead automation initiatives for modern data pipelines, workflows, applications, ML model release, build/testing, and other tools
Develop and productionize features and models in collaboration with data engineers and data scientists
Ensure robust alerting, monitoring, and observability for cloud solutions
Design, build, and operationalize NLP, LLM, and RAG platforms and pipelines for HR use cases
Build scalable systems that meet SLA/SLO requirements, enable quick recovery from failures, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance
Mentor junior developers and raise team standards for reproducibility, documentation, and governance
Ensure models and deployments comply with governance, privacy, and ethical standards by collaborating with HR Data Steward, Legal/Privacy, and Ethics/AI governance teams
Translate complex analyses into concise recommendations for HR leaders and executives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience in full stack development
10+ years of programming experience
5+ years of experience in developing or deploying analytical models, forecasts, or automations
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) hardware and software integration
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies
Experience in handling data and systems involving machine learning/predictive analytics
