About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Diagnostics projects
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience with aerospace products and/or product support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
