About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Diagnostics projects
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience with aerospace products and/or product support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry preferred
- 2+ years of management of a technical team or 5+ years of electrical engineering experience preferred
- Experience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management)
- Experience in supporting proposals or contracts with US Government
