Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience with Project Management and LEAN methodology
3+ years of experience leading and managing the development of business plans
3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop IT project plans
3+ years of experience integrating cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Experience leading OKR or other organizational goal-setting processes
Experience with Agile work-tracking tools such as JIRA and/or ADO
