About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead integrated groups of supervisors, engineers and technical staff for Liaison Engineering
- Manage employees and first-level managers performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures
- Provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
- Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
- Manage budgets and monitor group performance against commitments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a leader or manager in engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Liaison Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with external customers and cross-functional value stream stakeholders to resolve complex issues
