Key responsibilities & impact

Provide real-time support to on-orbit GPS satellite operations, including investigation of and resolution of satellite anomalies.
Train to become a subsystem Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in assigned subsystems.
Interface with Operations Customer as subsystem SMEs.
Write technical reports.
Support and initiate process and documentation improvement.
Support Spacecraft Command Processor and Mission Planning responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active (interim or final) secret or above U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
1+ years of related experience.
Systems engineering or related experience.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
If not already within commuting distance of the Schriever SFB, willingness and ability to relocation at own expense.
