About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement financial strategies
- Manage financials for the division including budget management and data analysis
- Develop and maintain monthly performance metrics and dashboards
- Optimize resource allocation across the division
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify financial challenges and opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Support organizational change initiatives related to portfolio management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience planning and managing a financial budget
- 3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining
- 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
