About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns
- develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- manages, develops and motivates employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
