Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day management and operational oversight of OT systems and production assets within Manufacturing and Quality IT
Lead Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on Operational Technology (OT) integration with Production Engineering
Drive initiatives to modernize OT environments, reduce technical debt, and implement digital automation
Ensure timely access to manufacturing and quality data
Support the implementation of connected manufacturing standards
Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with supplier management teams
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What you’ll need

at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
1+ years experience with Operational Technology
5+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment
exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning
10+ years of experience in Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA)
