Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
1+ years in a leadership role OR completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
5+ years of experience with the software development life cycle
2+ years in aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech industry
Strong background in embedded software engineering
Strong background in hardware and low-level software design
Knowledgeable of industry standards for high-integrity, safety-critical software
Knowledgeable of DevOps practices, automation, and continuous integration pipelines
